Jaspal SIhota
Jaspal graduated from BCIT with a dual major in finance and accounting. He has been in the field for over 8 years—5 years with Scotiabank, 3 years as a Mortgage Broker. Jaspal is equipped with the extensive knowledge and experience to assist you with the best product available for your situation. When he isn’t analyzing and approving mortgages, he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, playing sports, and is a die-hard Canucks fan.
Parm Johal
With 18 successful years of experience in banking, lending, and sales, it’s no surprise that Parm has an assortment of awards adorning his shelves. We are so happy to have him as a managing partner and broker for the past 3 years at Volterra. In his spare time, Parm runs the gamut of exercise and fitness activities—from yoga to boxing and all things in between! In his other spare time, he loves to read, eat good food, and spend time with his family.
Gary Badesha
For the past 3 years, Gary has been a managing partner and broker with Volterra. His prior 8 years of work experience with Scotia as a financial advisor and mobile mortgage specialist has prepared him to make your mortgage process seamless and accessible. In his spare time, Gary loves golfing, traveling, and spending time with his beautiful wife.
Aaron Nirpat
Aaron has accumulated an impressive 20+ years of experience in the financial industry working at major banks such as Vancity, TD, and Scotiatbank. When he is not advising clients about mortgages, or earning himself the title of top performer at major banking institutions, Aaron is a huge family man. He loves to watch his two kids, Liam and Sophia, play sports alongside his wife Tanya. Aaron is an avid traveler, loves to be outdoors, and enjoys playing golf in the summertime. As a loyal Vancouverite, he is obviously also a fan of the Canucks.
Saveena Mukhija
Having been a Mortgage Broker for 3 years now, Saveena is a UBC Sauder Alumni with an impressive 18 years of customer service experience. A natural born problem solver and people person, Saveena loves to help people resolve their financial issues. In her free time, she loves to travel and watch movies.
Pammi Bhatti
As a UBC Sauder Mortgage Banking Alumni and having worked at Lifelabs for 7 years, Pammi has all the characteristics to excel as a Mortgage Broker. She is a passionate stay-at-home mom with two kids. As a true wonder woman, she spends whatever downtime she can find baking, gardening, and traveling.
Raj Mundi
Having lived and worked in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and the BC Interior Markets his whole life, Raj has long term relationships with lenders that ensure his clients are matched with their perfect financing partner. Raj’s clients include developers, owner operators, investors, and operating companies. At Volterra, he is excited to be doing what will probably sound very complicated to anyone reading this bio—structuring debt solutions to further borrowers investment objectives while advising on all asset classes across the debt stack which include senior, stretched senior, and mezzanine financing. See? Prior to joining the Volterra team, Raj held senior positions within large Canadian Financial Institutions focusing on corporate and commercial clients in general and specialized industries. All of this to say— with Raj you’re in good hands!
Susan Dhaliwal
With over 5 years of experience in the financial industry with specification in truck/trailer financing, Susan has been with Volterra Capital for over 2 years. As the Office Manager, she keeps everybody on schedule and ensures the office runs smoothly. When she’s not at the front desk kindly answering emails, phone calls, greeting clients, and keeping the whole Volterra team in check, Susan loves to spend time with friends, family, and creating DIY crafts.
Bill Yeung
Bill is a licensed and accredited Mortgage Broker with over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Since his start in the mortgage industry in 1997, Bill has gained extensive knowledge in residential, construction and commercial mortgages including agricultural properties. Look for Bill in our office wearing his signature cowboy hat—you can’t miss him.
Gagan Gill
Gagan was commissioned as a Notary Public after completing her Masters in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University. Prior to becoming a Notary Public, Gagan completed her Bachelor's of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance at the University of British Columbia. When she’s not in the office, Gagan enjoys doing self-care activities such as yoga, eating good food, traveling, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and her adorable puppy (aka the Volterra mascot) Singhy.
